​Age is just a number! As we get older we lose motor skills, strength and balance. Some of the Health problems we face with age can be held at bay or even cured with Living a Healthy Lifestyle! Let Team Forza keep you on the path to a Healthier Life by focusing and your diet and exercise!

Forza Fit Class: These classes run 22 times a week, and are designed for All Fitness levels! We break our classes into three different types of workouts to focus on all aspects of fitness. This also helps you take classes that will best compliment your current fitness goals, or current workout regiment!

Hello my name is Caleb Paliotto, and I want to be your Fitness Professional. I have always had an interest in Sports and Fitness my entire life. I have been training for over 8 years now and love every minute of it! I specialize in muscle building, fat loss and work with all fitness levels.
